After a rewarding career in nursing, Jaylene’s path to interior design – nontraditional, passionate, and driven by instinct – was the emergence of what she has lived and learned about design as a healing practice. She founded Forest Interiors, a bespoke studio where interiors and wellness come together.

A fascination with the healing power of biophilic design began when she witnessed how it profoundly impacted her patients’ well-being and promoted recovery. Studying for her master’s in holistic health gave her an even deeper understanding of what nature and design can influence.

Jaylene has many years of experience with kitchen and bath renovation and new construction to help you in a range of ways and she enjoys collaborating with architects and contractors. She has a network of talented artisans and vendors to unearth perfect pieces for your space that illuminate what makes it yours.

Jaylene lives vibrantly in the mountains of Colorado and on the lake in Minnesota and is happy to work with you wherever you are. Her work has been featured in the Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase.
